How do I join a Microsoft Teams meeting from in OneFile?

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Assessor
  • Learner

Microsoft Team meetings that have been scheduled in OneFile can be joined via the Calendar Widget, or by Internet Calendar:

  1. Locate the Calendar widget on your homepage
  2. Click the title of the Microsoft Teams meeting
  3. Click Join

You'll now be asked to open or to download Microsoft Teams to join the meeting.

Not visible?

If you can't see the meeting in your calendar widget, click view calendar, as the meeting will no longer be displayed in the widget after the start time of the session, although you can still join the meeting from the main calendar page.

If you still can't see the meeting, you might not have been invited by your Assessor/Tutor.

Joining the meeting

You will only be able to join the meeting 5 minutes before the scheduled start date/time.
