Overview
Please contact your Onefile Account Manager to discuss enabling the Skills Forward integration before following the steps in this guide. Once approved, Centre Managers can activate the integration using the API details supplied by Skills Forward.

This feature can be used by the following user role:
- Centre Manager
Before You Begin
You will need an API Key and API Token from Skills Forward. If you do not already have these, please contact:
info@skillsforward.co.uk
Steps to Enable the Skills Forward Integration
- Click Centre in the navigation menu.
- Click Integrations.
- Click Go to integrations.
- Click Configure for Skills Forward.
- Enter the API Key and API Token provided by Skills Forward.
- Click Test Connection.
- Click Save.
Success!
If the details were verified successfully, you will be presented with a Generated API Key and a Generated API Token. These must be shared securely with Skills Forward so they can complete the setup on their side.
Please wait for confirmation from Skills Forward that the credentials have been entered into their system before attempting to use the integration.
