Eportfolio Mobile App Update

Our newest mobile app update is now available, Grab your free download now!

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

How do I enable the Skills Forward integration?

Please contact your OneFile Success Manager to discuss enabling the integration first before following the information below. 

The Skills Forward Integration can only be enabled by a Centre Manager. Before you can do this, make sure you've got an API Key and an API Token from Skills Forward. If you don't have this already, please contact info@skillsforward.co.uk.

Once you've got the information above, follow the steps below to enable in the integration in OneFile:

  1. Click Centre in the navigation menu
  2. Click Integrations
  3. Click Go to integrations
  4. Click Configure for Skills Forward
  5. Enter the API Key and API Token provided by Skills Forward
  6. Click Test Connection
  7. Click Save

Success!

If the details you entered were successfully verified, you'll now be presented with an Generated API Key and a Generated API Token. These need to be shared securely with Skills Forward, so that they can enter the details into their system (info@skillsforward.co.uk). Please wait for confirmation from Skills Forward that the details have been entered into their system for the integration to be successfully configured.
