Software Update: Monday 31st March 2025

On Thursday, we're updating OneFile RPL, to introduce some new enhancements.

There will be no product downtime for this update and you don't need to log out of your account.

Summary

This release introduces a new status to distinguish skills scans returned by applicants after review, along with enhanced filtering for better organisation. 

Improvements to existing features

New Application Status: "Changes Made"

We've introduced a Changes Made status to help you track updates more easily. When an applicant returns their skills scan after making edits, their application will now display this status, making it clear which submissions have been revised

Improved Filtering & New Duration Filter

Filters have been moved to a dedicated slide-out panel for a cleaner, more user-friendly experience. You can now filter applications In Review and those with Changes Made by the recommended duration after RPL. These updates should help streamline your workflow and make finding the right applications easier.
