Software Update: Monday 10th March 2025.

On Monday, we're updating OneFile Engage, to introduce some new enhancements and fixes.  

Enhancements

• Metric Changes

  • The logic behind risk values for each risk banding in a metric no longer needs to total 100%.

• Interactions

  Edit a Template

  • Users can now edit existing templates.

• Preview Mail Merge Fields

  • A new option lets users preview templates with example mail merge fields before sending.

• Formatting Options

  • Email templates now support bold, underline, italic, and font formatting for improved customization.

• Overall Risk as a Filter

  • An Overall Risk category can now be used as a template filter.

• Learners – Predicted Risk Tab

  • The interface has been simplified to display whether a learner is at risk, along with relevant reasons.

  • Weighting values have been removed.

  • Only the top three reasons for risk status will be displayed.

  Fixes

Engage

• Fixed an issue where email templates were limited to 1,000 characters. Users can now add up to 10,000 characters.
