Enhancements

Enrol

• Easier Form Corrections – No More Resending!

  Great news! You can easily unlock a completed form and return it to a previous step in the workflow. If you notice an error after submitting, unlock it and send it back for a quick fix—there's no need to create a whole new form!

• Flexible Learner Records – Track Key Programme Details!

  You have a great option to record a learner's programme dates and off-the-job hours directly within their record, and you can easily utilise these fields on forms. Remember, these fields are optional, so feel free to include only what is most relevant to you! You can add the programme's start and end dates for learners not undertaking an apprenticeship. For those on an apprenticeship, you can enter the practical period and allow the system to calculate the off-the-job hours for you.

• Learner Record Redesign

  We're excited to share that we've refreshed the learner record's design. We truly hope the new layout makes finding the information you need easier.

• More Data, More Insights – Expanded Enrol Exports!

  We're excited to inform you that we've expanded the data exports to include many more fields from Enrol, giving you more valuable insights to explore!

• Enhanced Enquiry Grid – Easily Filter by Form!

  You can now filter the enquiry grid by form, making it easy to see which enquiries are linked to each form.

• Training Provider Pre-Pop Field Permission

  As a training provider, you now have the ability to complete pre-pop fields when adding them to a form template. For example, you can now fill in the ULN directly on the form. 

RPL

• Access RPL Data in Your Exports

  Now you can easily download all the RPL data from the data exports! This gives you a complete and clear view of the information you need.

Events

• We're excited to share that we've made fantastic customer enhancements with our end-to-end solution! When you create a learner or update an applicant, more information will seamlessly transfer between our products. You can look forward to programme dates and off-the-job hours being sent from Enrol to Eportfolio and ILR and from RPL to Enrol.

• Smoother Data Entry – No More Space-Related Errors!

  We're happy to let you know that we've resolved an issue that caused errors when extra spaces were added after a learner's first name, surname, or email address.

RPL

• Eportfolio Placements Loading Issue in RPL

  We're happy to share that we've fixed an issue that sometimes made it a bit tricky to load the list of Eportfolio placements in RPL when it was linked to an Eportfolio centre.

These changes aren't guaranteed to be included in this update.  Any changes to the above planned updates will be communicated in this thread!
