[SLAY-7651] Error accessing Portfolio Showcase

We’re currently aware of an issue where some users are rececing an error when accessing Portfolio Showcase on a learners portfolio. This is due to atleast one assessment which hasn't been signed by the Assessor/Coach/Tutor or Trainee.

The current workaround is to sign the pening assessor or use the Download portfolio feature instead.

Our Technology team are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
