[SLAY-8849] EPortfolio app: Crashing when passing device to learner for review signature

We’re currently aware of an issue where some users are receiving an error "281" when trying to sync reviews from the EPortfolio app.

We've identified the cause of this and are working on releasing a fix as soon as possible.
