Upcoming System Update: Eportfolio & Learning Journal

On Wednesday, 3rd September 2025, we’ll be rolling out a series of enhancements to Eportfolio and the Learning Journal aimed at improving usability, accuracy, and the overall experience for both learners and assessors.

Apple App Store ➡️ OneFile Eportfolio App on the App Store (apple.com) version 1.0.15

Google Play Store ➡️ OneFile Eportfolio – Apps on Google Play version 1.0.15

Enhancements

The learner status is now displayed on assessor dashboards.
Learner status is now uploaded when uploading a review.
Deleted Custom Data Form fields are no longer displayed in Reviews and Plans.

Fixes

Fixed removal of evidence in assessments when locked.
The app crashed when it was passed to the learner for signature when review feedback was not enabled.
