Download portfolio time

We’re currently aware of an issue where download portfolio's are taking longer than expected to become available to download.
At the current moment there’s no workaround.

The product is currently making its way through the backlog and the portfolio's will be available as soon as possible.

We will be migrating and upgrading our primary database server on Saturday, 9th November 2024. This will require a maintenance window, during which services will be temporarily unavailable.

Please note that this maintenance window is extended due to the complexity and scale of the work involved.

Time: 07:00am - 11:00am
