RPL: No reduction on completed skills scans.

We're aware of an issue where the RPL funding reduction isn't being applied to applicants since the latest update on 18/02/2025, around 2pm GMT.

Currently, there's no workaround available. Whilst we investigate with urgency, we advise you not to accept or reject any applicants that come through, until we have further information.

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

On Thursday, we're updating OneFile Enrol to introduce a fix.

Fixes 

Enrol

  • There was an issue when changing an employer key contact email address. This has now been resolved and we have taken this opportunity to enhance this area by providing a new modal to aid the user. There are now 3 options available - Change the whole key contact, Amend the contact name / role or amend the email address.

We have introduced a new modal window that appears whenever details about a key contact for an employer are amended.

When a User selects the pencil a new modal Is displayed


Create New Key Contact
This will remove the old key contact details and allow the user to create a completely new key contact
This will generate a new key chain
Any subsequent forms will be sent to this contact
Any existing forms will be automatically assigned to this new contact


Edit Current Contact Email
This will allow the user to only amend the old email address
This will generate a new key chain and user account
Any subsequent forms will be sent to this new account
Any learners assigned to the old account will be reassigned to this account


Edit Current Contact Name or Job Role
This will allow the user to amend the contact’s name
This will allow the user to amend the Job Role
This should only be used if the name or Job Role has errors.
This will Not change the keychain account
