Eportfolio Mobile App Update

Our newest mobile app update is now available, Grab your free download now!

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

Software Update: Wednesday 17th July 2024

On Wednesday, we're updating ILR, Enrol and RPL, to introduce some new enhancements and fixes. 

There will be no product downtime.

Enhancements 

Enrol

  • Unique identifiers will now be part of data exports for learners, employers and training providers
  • Within the "Send Form" Modal, it was unclear how to click Send" as this was not visible with the learner drop down. The "Send" and "Cancel" options are now visible. 

ILR

  • The destination and progression entity is no longer required for the 24/25 submission. It will now be omitted from the ESFA export and FIS.

Fixes 

Enrol

  • Create new Enquiry button will now work as expected

RPL

  • Users will now be able to attach documents as expected
  • When trying to access the RPL reports it was only showing the login page. This has now been resolved and the user will now be able to download and view the reports
  • There was an issue when trying to archive a calculator. The system was checking the wrong status of the applicants. This has now been resolved
