Learner unable to manage documents when no LLDD data is captured

Description: We're currently aware of an issue impacting learners who have no LLDD data on their profile receiving an error when clicking onto manage documents

Workaround/Suggested solution: add data into each section of the LLDD area before clicking onto manage documents
