We're currently aware of an issue where same users are experiencing an error when signing Reviews, Assessments, Unit Summaries, leaving feedback and creating users.
Our Technology team are working to resolve this as soon as possible. Follow this post to receive updates on this issue being resolved.

I still have a task reading as unsigned when it’s actually been signed off. Is there a way to resolve this? Kindest regards.
