We're currently aware of an issue impacting some users trying to log into their keychain with practice accounts allocated to them.
At the moment there is no current work around.
Our Technology team are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
I'm pleased to confirm this has now been resolved and all user are now able to login as expected.
