[Eportfolio] Progress report not showing target progress when weightings are applied

We’re currently aware of an issue where the Progress report isn't showing the correct target progress when the centre setting 'Apply weightings to target progress' has been enabled and weighting have been applied to the learners learning aims.
The workaround would be to run the Learner view Database report and include the column for target progress.
