Our newest mobile app update is now available, Grab your free download now!

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

Keychain login

We're currently aware of an issue impacting some users trying to log into accounts from their keychain and missing profile icons and product tabs.

At the moment there is no current work around.

Our Technology team are working to resolve this as soon as possible. 

Follow this post to receive updates on this issue being resolved.

  • Great news, this has been resolved.

  • I've just tried logging into my onefile account on a different laptop to the one I have a keychain on and reset my password too. I now can't log in on my original laptop. 

    What do I do?

    I have several learners who cannot login to their area. I also have some learners who have completed work saved and refreshed and the work was not saved.

  • I cannot log in. It asked for keychain. Would not let me log in. I put forgot password. Coming up blank and cannot see tasks set
  • I can not log in to my account. I see the request to search for my account and nothing else happens when I try to change it
