RPL: No reduction on completed skills scans.

We're aware of an issue where the RPL funding reduction isn't being applied to applicants since the latest update on 18/02/2025, around 2pm GMT.

Currently, there's no workaround available. Whilst we investigate with urgency, we advise you not to accept or reject any applicants that come through, until we have further information.

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

On Thursday, we're updating OneFile ILR, RPL and Integration Hub, to introduce some fixes and enhancements. 

Enhancements

RPL

  •  It is now possible to archive a calculator that does not have any Active applications. Applications need to be archived or completed.

ILR

  • The list of the Learning Delivery Monitoring has been updated. The modal has also been updated to a more user friendly format.
  • The EPAO register within ILR has been updated to the latest version. It is also now possible to see the version of the register within the ILR front end.

Integration Hub

  •  2 new events are now available within the Integration Hub, these are: Create Employer Placement and Update Employer Placement

Fixes

RPL

  • The minimum OTJ hours were not reflecting the latest value in the summary page if it was amended in the set up. This has now been resolved.

ILR

  • There was a bug with the ILR reports not taking into account Daylight Saving. This has now been resolved and the date shown in the report is correct
