On Wednesday, 3rd September 2025, we’ll be rolling out a series of enhancements to Eportfolio and the Learning Journal aimed at improving usability, accuracy, and the overall experience for both learners and assessors.

Creating custom workflows

Create Workflow Form - This allows the user to create their own custom workflow. The workflow can be made up of Learner, Employer, Training Provider and Training Provider Approval Steps. More information can be found here.
Within the Actions options against the workflow templates it is now possible to "View" the Workflow Steps
Any custom workflows can now be deleted. A custom workflow can only be deleted if there are no forms associated with it. If there are any forms then these need to be deleted first

It is now possible for a user to amend the email templates when creating a custom workflow. It is NOT possible to amend the email templates for the original workflows
