On Tuesday, we're updating Onefile API to introduce some fixes.

- The Scorecard API endpoint has been updated to allow a scorecard to be created even when a scorecard has already been completed by the learner.
- The return result from the Scorecard API endpoint has been updated to include the status of each of the scorecards.
The result will contain an array of this public class ScorecardImportResult which will include the Success, StandardID and Error Description.
