SLAY-6974 Criteria linked to Learning Journal showing as "You are no longer assigned to this unit" for users

We're currently aware of an issue where some users are seeing a warning error, "You are no longer assigned to this unit" for criteria which has been linked to a Journal Entry

We are currently working to resolve this as quickly as possible.  

This looks to be a visual defect only and the learner is unable to see the warning messages. The learner view and usability isn't impacted at all. All your users including Centre Managers and Assessors can continue to use the Journal as normal.
