[SLAY-6490] Internal Server Error when Episode Start Date/Learning Aim Start Date is set to be after the first scorecard date

Description: When a Learner tries to create a new scorecard on the system after one has already been submitted, an Internal server error will appear if the Learning Aim date or Episode Start date is set to be after the first scorecard was completed.

Workaround: Set the Learning Aim date/Episode Start date to be before the very first scorecard was created or on the same date
