RPL: No reduction on completed skills scans.

We're aware of an issue where the RPL funding reduction isn't being applied to applicants since the latest update on 18/02/2025, around 2pm GMT.

Currently, there's no workaround available. Whilst we investigate with urgency, we advise you not to accept or reject any applicants that come through, until we have further information.

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

On Wednesday morning, we're updating OneFile to release some new features, improvements and fixes:

NEW & IMPROVED

ILR

  • Ability to download original/raw CSV summary report generated by FIS Tool. This new functionality will be available in the new FIS Report page and inside the Data Validation (FIS) tab for single learners.
  • New FIS Reports icon was added to the navigation menu. This icon will allow users to navigate to the new FIS reports section, where they will find a new table that contains previously run FIS reports.
    New FIS reports page:
    * Generate New Report button.
    * List of previously run FIS reports.
    * FIS report request status.
    * Ability to download original/raw CSV summary report generated by FIS Tool.
  • Ability to run FIS tool has been removed from the ESFA export section. The Request new EFSA report functionality will not longer have the option to request a FIS report

  • Learning delivery overview page not being updated correctly when starting a new aim from existing withdrawn/completed 
  • New Programme button disabled if any aim is in Break
