[SLAY-6368] Error occurs when clicking on the Learner Templates icon

Description: When clicking on the Learner Templates icon, an error is occurring.

However, learner forms can still be accessed on the learner's portfolio.

This is currently being investigated by our Technology team, we hope to provide an update as soon as possible.
