OneFile Eportfolio Software Update: Thursday 8th May 2025

On Thursday, we're updating Engage, to introduce some enhancements and fixes.

There is no downtime for this update.

We’re currently aware of an issue where download portfolio's are taking longer than expected to become available to download.
At the current moment there’s no workaround.

The product is currently making its way through the backlog and the portfolio's will be available as soon as possible.

On Monday morning, we're updating OneFile to release some new features, improvements and fixes:

NEW & IMPROVED

ILR

  • Remove Mark as Ready button.
    The manual "Mark as Ready" button has been removed and now the system works out when the learner record is ready to be submitted. Learner records will automatically update status from "Gathering data" to "Ready" once all the mandatory fields are completed
  • Mandatory Fields have been reduced to send Learners to the FIS Tool, Users are able to send one or multiple learners to the FIS tool when the above fields are completed. 
  • Seats are consumed after learner creation. The ILR system will consume seats as soon as learners are created. Seats consumed will be decreased by one after a learner deletion and increased by one after a new learner is created in the ILR
