[SLAY-6299] OTJ fields not displayed when selected in Learner Database Report

Description: When selecting OTJ in the columns, the data does not pull through into the report

Workaround: 

1. Go to Reports

2. Scroll down to Learner Standards View

3. Click onto Select Column

4. Add the OTJ Fields only

5. Click Apply Filters
