Software Update: Wednesday 9th March 2022 - 07:00-07:30

On Wednesday morning, we're updating OneFile to release some new features, improvements and fixes:   

FIXES 

Eportfolio 

  • The calendar syncing functionality for Google has been fixed.
    You can now sync your OneFile calendars with Google calendar. The sync will backdate one year and also contain all future calendar events in OneFile.

Learning Hub - Courses

  • The buffering of SCORM package videos has been resolved.
    In Courses, a number of SCORM package videos were not playing correctly and were buffering. These videos will now play without the buffering. 

IMPROVEMENTS

Enrol

  •  Enrol users can now request daily overnight exports of all Enrol form data. These overnight exports will be CSV format and will be transferred via FTP. Please contact OneFile support to set this up for you. 

ILR

  • We've added the ability to validate your learner/submission data within our ILR, using the Funding Information Service validator (FIS). 

    If you'd like to take advantage of this exciting new feature, please speak to your Customer Success Manager at OneFile and we'll arrange a walk-through!
