[SIM-3551] Criteria is not pulling into learners progress once a course is completed

Some learner's may notice once they have completed a course with criteria attached their progress may not go up accordingly.

Workaround: At the moment we are unable to provide a workaround.

Our Development team are working on resolving this issue as soon as possible and we’ll post an update when we have further information.
