RPL: No reduction on completed skills scans.

We're aware of an issue where the RPL funding reduction isn't being applied to applicants since the latest update on 18/02/2025, around 2pm GMT.

Currently, there's no workaround available. Whilst we investigate with urgency, we advise you not to accept or reject any applicants that come through, until we have further information.

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

On Wednesday morning, we're updating OneFile to release some new features, improvements and fixes:  

NEW & IMPROVED

Eportfolio

As per recommendation from ESFA, when learners create a timesheet entry, they are informed that any breaks taken should not contribute to the time spent on the activity

ILR

In accordance with GDPR, learner records can be deleted

FIXES

Eportfolio

Error message notifies the user that there was an issue saving their review and won’t allow them to continue and potentially lose their updates

ILR

Email domains that contain more than two dots after the @ can be added and saved
The correct year will be set in the exported report title when in 21-22 funding year
Ability to read long texts on dropdowns
Off-the-job hours for aims set as Component Learning aim won't be presented on the XML file as expected by the ESFA
