[CE-87] Internal Server Error when accessing learner database reports

Description: Some users may receive an internal server error message when accessing learner database reports. 

Workaround: At the moment we are unable to provide any workarounds. 

We'll keep you updated on the progress made to resolve this.

  • Is there still no way of solving this? I am having this problem and can't get around it.

  • Has this been resolved yet, please? As I needed to demonstrate tutor dashboard (which Charlotte L is working on now) and the centre monitors could see all information apart from tutors caseload as this error kept appearing. Thanks

    At the moment we haven't yet been able to resolve this one. Please accept my apologies for the delay.


    I'll be in contact with via email today to discuss the challenges with the report you are having further.
