[SLAY-5727] - Learner status updates does not show the learner name in the activity log report when the status is changed within an assessment plan

Description: If the Centre setting 'Allow the learner status to be set on assessment plans and reviews' is enabled, and a learners status is changed within a assessment plan, the name of the learner who's status has changed will not appear in the activity log report. 

Workaround: There is no work around at the moment.
