[SIM-3316] Learning Journal not showing all entries

Some users may experience an issue where they are unable to view all learning journal entries.

Workaround: The current work around to view all Learning Journal entries would be to use the 'Export' feature.

We'll keep you updated on the progress made to resolve this.
