Our newest mobile app update is now available, Grab your free download now!

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

[SIM-2281] - Error 500 opening Journal

Description: Some learners are experiencing Error 500 when trying to access their Learning Journal

Workaround: Add entry to Timesheets

  • This will be resolved tomorrow!

  • I'm really pleased to confirm this has been resolved today!

  • This is still a common occurance for my learners when trying to create entrys on the learning journal. It sometimes causes pictures and videos to upload incorrectly which is becoming very frustrating for them. This could be and excellent tool for formative assessment yet it is extremly buggy and requires further development.
