[SLAY-5422] Entries created in learning journal showing as minus 1 hour in the timesheets

Description: Learning Journal entries are currently showing one hour later on the learners Timesheets.

Workaround: The current workaround is to open Timesheets and edit the entries start time.

We'll keep you updated on the progress made to resolve this.
