On Tuesday, we're updating OneFile Eportfolio, to introduce some enhancements and fixes.

Please ensure you are logged out of your Eportfolio account before 7am to prevent any data loss.

Software Update: Thursday 20th May 2021 - 07:00-07:30am

On Thursday morning, we're updating OneFile to release some new features, improvements and fixes:


NEW & IMPROVED

Eportfolio

  • New feature - Log changes to anticipated completion date

    • Enabled via Centre Setting

    • "Reasons for change" can be created in the look-up tables

    • Set new anticipated completion date and reason for change on the Learning Aims page

    • Data can be accessed for reporting purposes in the data exports, upon request


FIXES 

Eportfolio

  • On the learner's licence page (showing multiple episodes) the end date now shows the completion date of the portfolio

  • The daily digest email settings are now only displayed to Learners, Assessors, IVs and Centre Managers
