[SLAY-4045] Learner Generated Assessments will be sent to the Assessor when selecting the Add Attachments button or Save and refresh

Description: Selecting the Add Attachments button or Save and Refresh on a generated assessment will cause the assessment to be sent to the Assessor

There are currently no workarounds at the present moment.

We'll keep you updated on the progress made to resolve this.

Hey not sure if i am messaging the right part but i have uploaded all of my tasks, does this mean it then automatically goes to the assessor? or do i need to do something else :)
