Eportfolio Mobile App Update

Our newest mobile app update is now available, Grab your free download now!

Apple App Store  (Version 1.0.17)➡️ OneFile Eportfolio App on the App Store (apple.com)

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

Homepage not loading once logged in

Description:

Some users may be experiencing a partially loaded homeage, when logging into their account.

Our technology team are investigating this and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.

Please follow to this topic to recieve updates as and when we get them.

  • I'm pleased to confirm this has now been resolved.

  • I have 2 users still experiencing this issue.

  • If you're still experiencing a blank or partially loaded homepage, I'd advise pressing Ctrl+F5 on the partially loaded page.

    If the problem persists, please submit a ticket and we'll look into it for you.
