On Thursday morning, we're updating OneFile to release some new features, improvements and fixes:   

NEW & IMPROVED 

Eportfolio

  • Per-seat usage report for Centre Manager 

  • API integration with BKSB 

  • Download portfolio includes Journal 

  • Rearrangement of user tabs  

  • Learner UserID visible to Centre Mangers on Learner Episode tab 

  • Provider drop-down appears in alphabetical order on Learner Episode 

  • Added size of each assessment to portfolio showcase 

  • Added ULN to Assessment Plan report 

CPD

  • Profile, activities and criteria limits updated to 100 

Learning Journal (Courses)

  • Prompt for learners advising quiz question requires multiple answers 

  • Quiz settings icon updated to ensure WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) compliance.  

RPL Funding Calculator

  • Application data CSV export contains Created, Last Updated and Completed On dates

  • Link to direct users to RPL Funding Calculator Ideas Portal

     


FIXES 

Eportfolio

  • Assessor dashboard table sort saves previous filters 

  • Portfolio can be downloaded if file name is longer than 170 characters long 

  • Tabs no longer appear black if not in focus 

  • Learning aim target progress is no longer treating a blank unit start date as the episode start date 

  • Can now click scroll bar on assessment plan task 

  • Fixed date/time validation on register sessions when editing 

  • No longer require a learner-started method to create assessment plan tasks

RPL Funding Calculator

  • Tutors can view the summary of the funding calculator 

  • Tutors can no longer view Set up Funding Calculator button  

  • Removed violation in Line Manager drop-down menu 

  • An applicant’s skills assessment no longer opens on the Job Experience page regardless of progress 

  • Users no longer receive a 403 error when updating an application with an employer that has no line managers 

  • Progress and content no longer appears lost when clicking Go Back on the last page of a skills assessment 

  • The skills assessment Introduction page no longer crashes when an applicant logs out or selects the Home button 

  • Uploaded attachments on the skills assessment pages now wrap and no longer clip off the side of the page
