[SLAY-1568] Tasks on plans not being saved

Description

When creating a task on a plan, you have to zoom out, you can no long use the scroll bar which means if you are adding  a long task description you can't see the full text box. When clicking anything else on the page apart from the 'Add Task' box, the box disappears and does not save the task.
