[SLAY-605] End date on learner licence page uses sign off date of last learning aim

Description

The End Date field on the learner licence page is pulling through the completion date of the last learning aim, rather than the completion date of the portfolio.

Our Development team are working on resolving this issue as soon as possible and we'll post an update when we have further information.
