Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

Learners can now edit submitted scorecards
Does it retain the history of what the previous score was and does it ask the learner for a reason for the change in score.
Is it individual points they can edit or can they delete the entire scorecard

Thank you for your comment.
At the moment the scorecard doesn't retain the history of the previous scores and the learner doesn’t need to enter a reason to change the scores.
The scorecard can’t be deleted, but the scores can be edited.
