[9109] Unable to create journal entry due to incorrect timesheet category message
Description:
We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue when a user attempts to create a new Journal entry, they are presented with the message shown below. The message is incorrectly reporting that there are no timesheet categories. Due to this, the user is prevented from creating entries.
Workaround:
We are currently unable to provide a workaround for this issue. However, it is being investigated by our Development team to work on being resolved as soon as possible.

This has now been resolved.
Users with slow internet connection will no longer receive message Your centre manager must define at least one timesheet category when adding a journal entry
