[7990] Forum icon not visible on navigation menu if only specific users groups have access to the forums

Description:

The Forum icon will only appear in the Navigation menu, if the Centre Setting "Forums - Allow access to all users" is enabled. If disabled, the forum icon will be hidden to all users on the centre, even if the forum has been enabled for their user group.

Temporary Solution:

From you homepage, add "/forums/" to the end of https://live.onefile.co.uk in the address bar or log into your account and then click here.
