Resources - New Folder Pop-up isn't scrollable

Description:

When creating a new folder in the resources area, you are unable to scroll down the pop-up modal to edit the properties or save.

This affects all users who have the ability to manage resources, with screens that are too small to display the whole modal.

Temporary solution:

Zoom out of the browser until you can see the "Save" and "Cancel" buttons.
