Create a Delivery Plan for an individual learner

Overview

You can create a Delivery Plan specifically for an individual learner by copying an existing Framework Template or building a custom plan from scratch. Delivery Plans allow you to tailor modules, components, and OTJ activity to meet the learner’s individual requirements.

Permissions

Who Can Use This Feature?

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager
  • User Manager
  • Assessor
  • Trainee Assessor

Required Permission

  • Can manage learner delivery plans

Steps

Access the Delivery Plan Area

  1. Navigate to the learner’s Portfolio.
  2. Click the Delivery Plan tab.
  3. Choose one of the following:
    • Copy a delivery plan from a framework template
    • Create a delivery plan from scratch

Option 1: Copy a Delivery Plan from a Framework Template

  1. Select the Framework Template you want to copy the Delivery Plan from.
  2. Click Continue.
  3. Add a Name for your Delivery Plan.
  4. Click Create Delivery Plan.
  5. Select whether to show planned dates in Months, Weeks, or Days.
  6. Click Continue.

Option 2: Create a Delivery Plan from Scratch

  1. Add a Delivery Plan Name.
  2. Click Create Delivery Plan.
  3. Click Actions.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Add OTJ details as required.
  6. Click Add Module.
  7. Select a Category.
  8. Enter the Module Name.
  9. (Optional) Add a Description.
  10. Click Add Module.

You can continue adding Modules and Components as needed to build the learner’s personalised plan.

Tips & Notes

  • Copying from a Framework Template is the quickest way to build a learner-specific Delivery Plan.
  • Plans created from scratch allow full flexibility and customisation.
  • Modules and Components can be added, removed, or reordered at any time.
