Unlock Register Sessions

  Centre Setting

Enable the register feature

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Assessor with permission

  Permissions

Can manage registers

To unlock a register session follow the steps below.

  1. Scroll to Learner Dashboard
  2. Click Sessions
  3. Click on Register Title of session
  4. Click Padlock (located Top right of screen)
  5. Enter reason for unlocking 
  6. Click Unlock
