Upcoming Software Update: Enrol and RPL

On Thursday, 4th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol and RPL.

Full details of the changes can be found in the release notes below:

Scheduled Downtime: Please note that there will be a brief Eportfolio service interruption between 7:00 and 7:30 AM on the day of the update.

Action required: To avoid any data loss, make sure you're logged out and have saved all work before 7:00am.

Unlock Register Sessions

Overview

If a register session has been locked, authorised users can unlock it to make changes or corrections. This feature is available only when the Register functionality has been enabled in your Centre Settings.

  • Enable the register feature

Who Can Use This Feature?

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Assessor (with permission)

Permissions

  • Can manage registers

How to Unlock a Register Session

  1. Scroll to the Learner Dashboard.
  2. Click Sessions.
  3. Click the Register Title of the session you want to unlock.
  4. Click the Padlock icon (top right of the screen).
  5. Enter a reason for unlocking.
  6. Click Unlock.
