Overview
Centre Managers, Lead IQAs and IQAs can assign a Sampling Policy to Assessors. This ensures that sampling activity is planned correctly and remains compliant with your organisation’s quality assurance requirements.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- Centre Manager
- Lead Internal Quality Assurer
- Internal Quality Assurer
Permissions
To assign sampling policies, users must have:
- Can assign sampling policies
Steps
How to Assign a Sampling Policy
- Click the Sampling Policies icon or link.
- If a Sampling Policy already exists, you will be taken directly to the Assign Sampling Policies page.
- On this page, you will see a list of Assessors linked to you.
- Tick the checkbox next to each Assessor you want to assign the policy to.
- Select the required Sampling Policy from the drop‑down list.
- Click Assign.
Compliance Check
Once a Sampling Policy has been assigned:
- You can immediately see whether the policy is compliant.
- If a Sampling Plan already exists, the system will show whether the planned sampling meets the policy requirements.
- IVs can manually edit the planned sampling. The Compliancy column will turn green when the required amount of sampling has been planned.
✔️ Tip: Regularly review compliance to ensure all sampling meets quality standards.
