Wherever you see a View activity tracker link, selecting it opens a read-only side panel showing that record's history.
Quick Summary
- Available on characteristics, learning styles, barriers & needs, evidence, support plans and support events.
- Shows what happened, who did it, their role and when.
- Each entry shows what happened, who did it, their role at the time, and when, newest first.
- The tracker records that a change happened, not a field-by-field before-and-after.
- It's visible to anyone with Read Only or Read/Write access to that area.
Tips & Notes
- The tracker is read-only — it's a history log, not somewhere you make changes.
