✨New feature alert
The Inclusion Module is available from Thursday, 30th July 2026.
Overview
The learner's Wellbeing Check-ins tab shows their submissions and lets you act on anything that needs follow-up.
Quick Summary
- See every past submission with its severity.
- Create a barrier or support need straight from a response.
- Critical responses trigger a task to configured roles.
Reviewing past check-ins
Past Check-ins lists every submission, most recent first, showing each question exactly as it appeared at the time, along with the response and its severity (Critical, Negative, Neutral or Positive).
Turning a response into a record
From a response, you can Create a Barrier to Learning or Create a Support Need directly. This pre-fills the description from the response and links back to the originating check-in.
Critical responses
If a learner submits a critical-severity response, staff in the configured roles (typically Centre Manager, Default Assessor and Support Coordinator) receive a task alerting them.
Tips & Notes
- Create actions only appear if you have Read/Write on Barriers to Learning or Support Needs.
- A critical-alert task can be hidden once acknowledged, without deleting it.
Terminology
