Overview
A wellbeing check-in is a quick, regular chance to share how you're feeling, any barriers you're facing, and the support that would help.
Quick Summary
- Complete a check-in from your Wellbeing Check-in tab.
- Answer scale, Yes/No or short text questions.
- Your support team can see your check-ins to offer the right help.
To complete a check-in
- Open your Learner Support page and go to the Wellbeing Check-in tab. (There's also a Complete a check-in button on the banner at the top of your page.)
- Answer each question. Questions can be a scale (Excellent through to Struggling), Yes/No, or free text (up to 250 characters).
- Some responses open a follow-up text box — this may be required or optional.
- Select Record check-in to submit.
Once you submit, your check-in is saved to Past Check-ins, and any outstanding check-in task is completed automatically.
