Overview
The Inclusion Module is where your centre records, tracks and supports individual learner needs in Onefile Eportfolio — from a learner's day-to-day profile through to centre-wide reporting. You'll find it as Learner Support in the left-hand navigation.
Contact your Onefile Account Manager to learn more and enable this module.

What you can do
- Record learner characteristics, learning styles and preferences.
- Capture barriers to learning and support needs, and attach evidence.
- Build support plans with adjustments, goals and a sign-off process.
- Log the support you actually deliver.
- Give learners a simple, regular wellbeing check-in.
Who sees what
The module scopes everything to the learners you already have access to:

Tips & Notes
- If you can't see a particular tab or feature, it's almost always down to your permissions — your Centre Manager can adjust these.
